How to access it: Have a name that will give a Trainer for the Old Man glitch (3rd, 5th and 7th characters affect the Pokémon/Trainer). Battle the third Biker from Route 18 (via Fuschia City) to load roster 3 into D05D. Perform the Old Man glitch and battle him (or whatever Trainer class you want, though it'll give the same Pokémon) on the coast.
