After performing voltage's 'access Pokémon beyond the sixth slot' glitch; a Pomeg Berry sub-glitch described here http://forums.glitchcity.info/index.php/topic,6510.msg187648.html scrolling up the shift screen will corrupt Pokémon in your box, in reverse order, depending on how far you scroll. The last corruptable Pokémon is in position 23 of box 2 for scrolling up to FF and the earliest corruptable Pokémon is in position 2 of box 1 for scrolling up to position D7. The positions can be tracked by viewing the address 0203CED1; the shift screen cursor position.

You can escape the battle by running or using a Fluffy Tail. Some of the Pokémon in your box will become Bad EGGs, the amount depending on how far you scrolled, up to D7. Some have glitch moves, and some do not but it's random which ones have glitch moves. To battle with a Bad EGG, do not heal your Pokémon and then place it in the last position of your party.

I try out a glitch move, but get a game freeze :(. Big thanks to luckytyphlosion for reporting getting Bad EGGs. I looked into it a little from there.
