Like my last video, this is a Pomeg glitch related trick. It was found by VaeporSage (VaePomegGlitch). All you need to do is trade a high current HP Pokémon (obtainable via Pomeg glitch) from Emerald on to FireRed/LeafGreen, then keep switching between the affected Pokémon and another. The cause is unknown.
