Yes, but only the first frame of the animation. Look at the debug screen. It highlights the collisions. You can see how they do not move with the animations.
Also, change the textures if you like. I was just playing around with it.
Be sure to put the dragon folder in your levels art folder alone.
Example where mines at...
C:\Users\Terry\AppData\Local\BeamNG.drive\0.24\levels\PBR\art\dragon
