1.Here i show the steps by using my iphone se.

2.And it has the operating system of ios 14.3 and which is released in 2023.

3.So anyway if you want to activate it,just open settings menu.

4.And then locate "Shortcuts" and click to open it.

5.But unfortunately this option is greyed out and not showing up.

6.So how to fix this problem?.

7.Very simple method is just create your own shortcut and then activate it.

8.After your shortcut is created,now you can try to turn on that same setting.

9.Finally this option not there or not available or doesn't work issue is fixed.
