Encrypted is a turn-based roguelike game where you'll almost certainly never know what it's saying - but that's no problem! A little trial and error goes a long way and soon you'll be exploring the rock-hard dungeons, learning enemy attack patterns and working out how to power up.
The Encrypted developers say: "The game can (and indeed should) be played without cracking the encryption, but for those who are able to crack the code, the game provides hooks to add in custom decryption routines."
The music adds to the sense of disorientation in Encrypted, which "incorporates an elaborate set of synthesizers and audio effects in order to generate all its audio procedurally".
Pay extra for the game and you'll also get a short book / 'zine that will help you on your way to encrypting and cracking codes of your own.
