Beverage: Shrouded Vegetable Margarita

2 oz silver tequila
1 oz fresh carrot juice
1/2 oz triple sec
1/2 oz agave syrup
Jalapeno slices (to taste)
Salt and lime wedge for garnish

Muddle jalapeno in cocktail shaker
Add liquid ingredients and ice
Shake until chilled
Double strain into chilled glass
Add lime wedge and/or salt for garnish
(Alternatively rim glass with salt)
