This is a step-by-step walkthrough that will have all of my deaths being edited out because to keep those in would be a waste of time and nobody would get anywhere by watching me die. For the record, if you already know where to go then you shouldn't die too many times and there is no point in kicking (Y) in this game. It makes everything go by slow.
