General Strategy:
I chose the equipment in order to have 100% status resistance to confuse/stagger, stun, doom/death, syphon/disable, and dispel. Natalie is used solely for using 7th Heaven, enchanting/dispelling, and occasionally healing. Matthew will use his elementals to deal the most damage while Lance can help with his unload. NoLegs is used for buffs, heals, and other support such as Encore. Lastly, Anna is used mostly for her revives and giving the opponents status.

Sol and Skadi:
There's nothing much to say about these bosses. Just use Natalie's enchant spam while Matt and Lance deals the damage. Don't forget to heal up though.

Neon Valhalla:
Oh boy this boss is annoying. My main strategy is to use Enchant + Wet + Matthew's Iceberg to deal massive damage while the other characters can heal or buff for damage, with the ocassional limit breaks.
If there's only magical bombs (poison and shockwave), use Angel Mirror right before they explode. If there's only physical bombs (earthquake), use demon mirror. If there's both magical and physical, you'd want to use your limit breaks to get rid of them. They're annoying and will usually one shot, even with 100% defense buff. Thankfully I got lucky and didn't get too many physical and magical bombs.
Another annoying thing that Neon Valhalla does is his horn debuffs. It will pretty much instantly debuff the attack and magic attack to -30% for all characters. This is why I save my 7th Heaven for whenever he debuffs. You just have to hope he doesn't spam it.
Lastly, the harpoons is able to reverse your buffs. I forgot that you can re-reverse it with the red flybot so I never bothered, but it is an option if it ever happens.

Telperion:
Thankfully, this boss is pretty simple. All you have to do is Virus and and can just defend for the rest of the battle. -50% poison resistance is amazing. Giving him extra poison would help too. He does have 2 actions per turn so he's able to deal a lot of damage. I put the Angry Badge on Natalie for limit break farming and also defending his single-target moves. Other than that, you should be fine with just defending.

Vulcan:
This boss can be pretty dangerous since he's able to one shot Matthew even with 100% defense buffs. His minions that spawn every turn is also really annoying. For damage, you should keep doing Enchant + Wet + Matthew's Iceberg. Around the 1/3 health bar, He'll use Supernova. This is very dangerous since it also hits the backup. I didn't prepare for this and almost got wiped, but you should have morale + auto-revive at around this time. At around 1/5 health, he'll start buffing himself. Do not dispel him as he will just buff himself again. Just use up your saved limit breaks to quickly get rid of him. As long as you prepare for his Supernova he shouldn't be too bad.

Crystal Hydras:
Hydras are really strong but thankfully they don't have any resistance to tired, weak, or curse. Once they're debuffed with tired or weaken, it's pretty much a win. I'd spam Enchant + Cataclysm to deal damage. If they lose their heads, I'd use any of Lance's bombs, fire, or dark attacks. It didn't happen with me until the very end. Once they're at very low health, you can finish them off with pretty much any limit breaks that are effective.

Congrats on getting your epic medal!
