If you've seen my other videos, you might already know that I am a HUGE tabletop RPG fan. I play a lot, a GM a few games here and there, and I also make/translate TTRPGs. Roadwarden is a game that can bring you the closest to an actual TTRPG experience. It's old-school, yet innovative. It is text-based, yet it uses many other elements from different games, like visual novels, and interactive fiction. The dialogs are written very awesomely and you have many options to choose from. As the name of the game states you are playing a Roadwarden. A messenger, an experienced traveler, and many more. In this first episode, we approached a camp and got acquainted with the current situation and the soldiers who serve there. I hope you will enjoy the game as much as I did! :)
You maybe notice some cuts here and there. I screwed up the text a few times and I wanted to correct it, because the dialogs are the core elements of the game, and I did not want to break the immersion with my misread texts :)
