Episode 188 – D&D 5.
1GDM Christopher has an epiphany and realizes he has never created a monster of his own for D&D. The guys go over some of the monsters that GDM Jay has created and many of the modifications they use for altering monsters. In the process GDM Christopher unknowingly created a monster all his own. Now for him to just bring it to the table.
The guys take a look-see at some cover art for the upcoming DMG and another book, which touches heavily on the 80’s nostalgia for D&D. Bringing back Vengar and Warduke might be a clever move by Wotc.
GDM Jay has an issue of trying to find something interesting for him to play in a 5E Ravenloft game. While a changeling spy may not be the most creative it’s at least new to him. So few things he hasn’t done in 5E though leaves him with few choices, or so he believes. Could 5.5 shake things up?
