+ Very story driven, and wonderfully told through some truly great voice acted narration. You follow a girl on a large fox, and the story essentially unfolds as your adventure progresses in this fantasy epic tale.
+ Visually pleasing environments with a very unique origami-like over-world map that continues to grow as you progress. Reminded me of those pop-up children's books. Each level or dungeon you find all have very diverse environments and climates.
+ The gameplay consists mainly of roaming around with your fox companion and typing in words on your keyboard to defeat enemies or clear obstacles. You gather more powers which allows you to access new areas and use elements like fire and ice to defeat various enemies or inflict different status ailments. It continues to get more challenging as you progress and there is a fair bit of strategy to it later on.
+ Various light puzzles that I found to be pretty pleasing in breaking up the combat sections. They are not overly challening or very long which I found to be quite nice.
+ Great soundtrack
+ Although this is just a thought, but I feel like this game would be such a great learning tool for kids to learn how to type through a fun and enjoyable game.
- This is just a minor note that did not affect me, but I think it's good to point out that if you are not good at typing or still have to look down at your keyboard to type each word...this game may not be for you as some parts can be quite challenging for slow typers.
