How weapon crafting and modding works in Escape from Tarkov. This game features a highly detailed weapon customization system including building weapons from base parts, swapping out better components and adding modifications to improve accuracy, recoil, ergonomics and functionality. I use a Kalashnikov AK-74UB as the example for weapon crafting and modding but the same process (with all different parts) is used for each weapon. And many parts can be exchanged between weapons as well.
