About the International Federation of Esports Coaches
The International Federation of Esports Coaches (IFoEC) was established in 2019 with two main ideas that still hold true today. First, it believes that coaches and team staff play a big role in looking out for the well-being and rights of young people and vulnerable adults who are into gaming and esports. Second, it thinks that coaches and staff can make a broader impact beyond just helping players win by getting proper training based on research and by connecting with other coaches.
