Establishing Work/Sanity Balance -- if possible? - Fall 2021 Channel Update (with Dorfromantik)
16Welcome to Asher Games' YouTube Channel, where the 2021 Fall Collection looks to be a relaxing romp through space, road trips, and possibly blogging about game development or novel writing. The great thing about the seasons changing is that there is always a new sense of possiblity, if only I can reach out and grab it. But that's the balance I seek here and elsewhere. Some form of sanity. Some kind of grip on life -- not white knuckling. Only enough to hold hands and lift each other up. But hopefully it's a road we can walk together.
Also, the return of the Free Play Friday Tower of Power. It's gotten...bigger and bloatier. TLDW: Chicory a Colorful Tale is my favorite so far this year and everything is better than The Ascent. Except for my ability to play Dorfromantik.
Current Series at this time: Starsector 95a Modded, Flynn: Son of Crimson
Wrapped Series (or close to it): Warsim: the Realm of Aslona (trouble finding time to stream + need to play at higher difficulty), Death's Door (didn't feel very engaging playing it), Humankind (my disappointment is measurable but hey stopping climate change for 400 gold is nice)
Upcoming Content: Modded (via Modnar) Remnants of the Precursors, Darkest Dungeon 2 Early Access, Distant Worlds 2 (please release in 2021)
