83My life for the [REDACTED]! Seriously, Starsector can take a turn for the weird when you're given Sophie's choice: make one entity a little happy or make another A LOT unhappy. Or, I guess technically I could have just flown in with my transponder off and not been able to be positively identified (seriously who doesn't know what's in my fleet by now we're famous?). Still, the way forward is clear, and let's just say it's going to be a very different, more bumpy ride than my last, unmodded 0.95a save. Fortunately, the whole turn of events may end up being beneficial.
Starsector is a very moddable game, and if you are familiar with the game there are always mods available to take your game further. Below is the list of mods I am using for this run (note that I have allocated 6 GB of memory to keep this stable):
