EVA (Extravehicular Activity) is NOT accessible in Starfield and I doubt it will be "officially" available in the future, because you can't even roll your character in zero-G.

1) The closest thing we can have right now is to disable the gravity via console commands (you can only disable the gravity for the whole ship interior, there is no way to perform this for the player exclusively unlike in Fallout 4).

2) Make sure to exit the pilot seat.

3) Afterwards you need to perform a series of teleports - click on the pilot seat and scroll mouse to see FURN id in the center of the screen. Type the following command in console:
Player.MoveTo enterObjectIDYouSeeAtTheCenterOfTheScreen

This will teleport you past the pilot seat.

4) Open console, click at the ship control deck and scroll mouse wheel until you see ACTI. Type the following command in console:
Player.MoveTo enterObjectIDYouSeeAtTheCenterOfTheScreen

This will teleport you outside of the ship. Gently strafe away from the ship, if you feel "locked" try the opposite direction.
