TL;DR - building a shared folder from scratch on a character who's never done it.

Just practicing doing this, since it's a recent mechanic i was reluctant to get into when it first appeared. Which is helpful to record because i'll be stumbling over the same pitfalls n00bs will.

btw, looks like if the station/upwell you're at has industry but not manufacturing it will give you a false reading of "0.0" system index

fyi, if in low-sec or dealing with trig patrols, i recommend warping to 10km and orbiting at that range. That way i don't decloak by getting too close the the upwell...just let it be totally random where i place the bookmark. *shrug*
