i use 300 run of fuel blocks because that comes out to 60,000m³
i usually input 10 fully researched BPOs and let that chug away.
honestly, i don't need to do it that often. i think i do this once every 3 months. kind of crazy seeing as how i have 7 astrahus. still, i do subscribe for 6 accounts so i guess that makes sense that it takes 1 account to easily run 1 upwell.

bottom line: that cute engineering complex you thought was great because you rigged it and set tax low for others to build cheaply doesn't work the way you thought. system index is the main primary and pretty much the only practical cost index.
