TL;DR - second bit is me deciding where to reduce the min/max from last video in order to add resistances, figure out cap stability, and then the DPS that's appropriate for ship traits and enemy weaknesses.

you could go with some mindflood just to counter neutralizing from starving trigs
as for implants the Nirvana set is the way to go. i would recommend low-grade for omega and epsilon, mid-grade for everything but the alpha which you might find cheap in high-grade?
