Even better than Stardew Valley?! - TheMidcoreGamer Plays Kynseed - Part 1: Prologue (Gameplay)
0No joke, this game is really out of the world! Incredible amount of content; massive world to explore; plenty of locals to forge a relationship with; exciting level-based adventures with a very intriguing combat system; and you can even set up a family and have children, whom you can pass the Kynseed to when it's time for you to pass!
Crafting is interactive and active here as well, as opposed to passively waiting for a crafting bar or timer to tick down to zero, and the crafting mini-games you play vary from profession to profession. Item grades also affect the quality of your product here. At one point, you can even buy businesses and run them yourself or hire people to do it for you!
As impressive as this game is, it could use a better map UI though. For instance, why the houses aren't marked on the map even after I've discovered their homestones? Would love to have an individual tracker for each NPC too but that's actually not as necessary as the house markers.
