EverQuest 2 releases their first origin classic server : Making EverQuest 2 like the golden days of it's release, well sort of. Join us as we play the EQ2 Origin Server on Launch Day and the release of this new classic EverQuest Origin Server! nathan will join with friends to play and enjoy EQ2 Classic like it's 2006 in a group working together to level up and explore the world of Norrath in EQ2 on the Origin Server.\nNathan will be playing an Iksar Shadowknight with full intention to betray later on to become an Iksar Paladin! Join him on his journey of madness through EverQuest 2 on the brand new TLP / TLE server : Origin!\nIf you are interested in joining the server : You must have All-Access membership as well as make sure you have selected the Origin server on your launcher at the top left. Will it be a successful first day for the launch of the new EverQuest 2 Origin Server or complete chaos and madness? Join us and find out!\nHere are the Rules for EverQuest 2 Origin Server:\nThere will be no spell research.\nKrono will not be able to be consumed, traded, or sold on an Origins server.\nThere will be a 6-week Beta to ensure we cover a wide breadth of testing.\nAttributes have restored secondary functionality, agility will help avoid melee attacks, intelligence will increase ability potency, strength will increase melee damage, and wisdom will grant extra resistance.\nAll bosses will be original stat/buff packages.\nNo weight. It could not be restored.\nUnlocks have not been decided yet, however we do have new forums, and we will be able to poll and discuss unlocks before we launch.\nNo holiday events.\nThere will be a marketplace, but it will be very limited.\nIt will not be free trade.\nThis server is on its own design depot.\nThis is the first time for this type of separation for EverQuest II.\nIt cannot be affected by Live design updates, and vice versa.\nCode and Art are still across all server types, for a variety of reasons. For example, connections to external or shared resources such as Database, Authentication, etc. have completely changed over the years.\nFreeport and Qeynos are back to old school, in both appearance and functionality.\nLivable neighborhoods, and their quests, are back! With the scope of the changes, these will need a lot of testing.\nNo persistent instances.\nNo tradeskill subcombines.\nThe current build is right after subcombines for crafting were removed.\nOrigins will work like EU, where characters on that server are separate from US. So, if you have 10 slots (membership + purchased), you could have 10 chars each on US, EU, and Origins.\nNathan's Twitch Channel Here: https://www.twitch.tv/therealnathannapalm\nFollow Nathan on Twitter (X) Here: https://twitter.com/TheNathanNapalm\nJoin Nathan's Discord Here: https://discord.gg/XYq5dDbXfM\n\nPlease Like and Subscribe and Please JOIN the Channel to Help Support Nathan's journey into Full-Time Content Creation or SUPERCHAT to give him direct funding!\n\nI hope you enjoy my Thursday Night streams of Pantheon Rise of the Fallen Pre-Release Behind the Scenes!\n\n#everquest #everquest2 #mmorpg
