Speak with Drakin Hammerheart in North Qeynos ( 398, -20, -189 ) COPY.
Speak with Dalhya Felshire in North Qeynos ( 412, -20, -189 ) COPY.
Click the sleeping body next to Dalhya Felshire then choose to fall asleep to enter the dream state zone, A Collection of Dreams.
Speak with Thumore D'armer, who is directly west from where you zone in.
