Speak to Accountant Melet in the Ironforge Exchange in the Qeynos Capitol District. ( 341, -16, -95 ) COPY
Search outside the Ironforge Exchange for a clue: a scrap of cloth with the Bloodsaber insignia (looks like a red shiny). ( 347, -21, -81 ) COPY
Search the Down Below in all corridors for glowing parchment to recover 4 Royal Requisition Lists stolen by the Bloodsabers.
The lists will respawn rapidly. Check on desks in alcoves. Possible locations:
