Bug descriptions: Frame rate drops across the whole game, which sometimes delay or completely negate input. This is especially annoying during boss fights. Ridiculous difficulty bump between vanilla software moving into NG+. Specifically the Health Pools of the bosses, and their damage outputs being able to one shot over-leveled characters with the best equipment tailored specifically for the damage types the boss outputs. Bosses having essentially unlimited stamina and mana, coupled with the most blatant input reading I have seen in any video game have made NG+ virtually unplayable, especially with the removal of fast travel which does quite literally nothing to enhance the difficulty of the game, it's only there to force senseless backtracking. No one likes this, and this is why you already made a press announcement that you will be changing it in an upcoming patch. Hilariously you stated in recent patch notes that you have adjusted enemy aggro, but I have replayed the game after that patch, and guess what? It is worse now.
Not being able to go back to NG after accidentally wandering into your completely unbalanced NG+ and being stuck unable to kill Elianne the Starved with no ability to upgrade weapons, or respec is one of the worst decisions I have seen a game development studio make. Learn from Lies of P, if you are going for their harder endings, they provide you an option to opt out of the bonus boss fight, and simply get a different ending in order to re-run the game to be better prepared for the encounter in the future. Asking players to make an entire new save, because you have left them with literally no outs, is a bizarre choice that could have only been made by the most incompetent people that draw breath. Yes soulslikes are hard, but they are also an entertainment product meant to be fun, and every single one of those games can be cheesed the entire way through, and this is by design due to my aforementioned point.
At least let the characters have the option to either A: Restart the run, B: Upgrade their weapons and respec themselves. You haven't made the game harder by offering the people that bought your product limited options, you have simply annoyed them into making them start a new save to replay the game so they don't get forced playing a game that was broken upon release, with the obvious strategy of "we will try and patch it before people start to notice" failing abysmally. You should be legally obligated to give refunds to everyone who bought this game, as your marketing materials, and bought off influencers ignoring obvious game flaws are the only reason this garbage sold 1m copies in the first place which was likely just barely enough to make your money back. I get it you needed to release this, because another better souls like game was going to be releasing first, and who knows when the Elden Ring DLC is going to come out, which would further split that focus and bankrupt your terrible video game company, you filthy corporate drones.
Everything your company has done with this game: Misleading marketing, and influencer pandering (Hope you get a class action lawsuit you scummy liars). Keeping the title of the game the exact same as the previous title, causing you-tubers, and anyone making guides for this game grief in search results. Bringing the main character over from the original game in a game with boring lore (a tradition continued in this new reboot) I could go on and on, but the absolute plethora of media hate is well documented, and even more well deserved. Would love a refund, but I doubt you would give me one. Either way, F*** you for making a game that was designed by actuaries to break even, capitalizing off of someone else's IP and releasing it before it was ready on Friday the 13th of all things. You were overconfident and shot yourself in the foot, and if I was the medical professional hired to stitch you up, I would rub salt in your wounds and watch you bleed out. *quickly scans to make sure I said F*** You somewhere. Yep. F*** you again.
