Everything Added In The Feline Good Update | Atomicrops
152The Feline Good Update is the latest version for Atomicrops. In it, a couple new stats relating to scrolls and tractors were added. In addition, collectables and late game run modifiers that tie into the Atomicats system were added. Furthermore, some harder variants of default enemies have been implemented. New Home Improvements are available as well. Additionally, a new, fun feature to the final boss fight was introduced. There are also some QoL improvements following the fight as well. Five new achievements and one new topiary is here too. Finally, this update adds many balance changes and bug fixes. Truely, a major content update for everyone to enjoy when it comes to consoles.
Danny has already discussed some possible features for the next update in the Discord. For the most part, the next update will likely focus on weapons, including potentially new ones. It has also been considered to buff or rework the Butcher’s Knife. The idea of a new character for the next update has also been thrown around. While there was talk of a potential design, it was not concrete, therefore I won’t mention it. Just know that the next update will likely bring a new character to the table. While on the topic of characters, Robusta may be getting a buff. The idea of giving him a custom, powerful Drone was discussed, something Danny has considered. In addition, it’s possible that some other characters may be getting changes too. Depending on the changes to weapons, Rye also may be tweaked a bit. And hopefully Thyme will be nerfed down to 33% more time, though Danny has said nothing on this matter. Despite that, I and probably many others hope this change occurs. Spore is also going to be getting a nerf in the next update. It’s cloning rate will be reduced as mushrooms are killed so that eventually it will peter out. That of course will be a welcome change, especially for Nuclear Winter Shrine runs.
While this update isn’t as big as Doom and Bloom, it’s certainly just as groundbreaking. There is so much more late game content for veterans to return to now, as well as new achievements. I do intend to make proper guides for some of the new ones, so stay tuned for that. I might also post some stuff about messing around with the Cat Shrines and Plushies a bit, who knows.
