Not quite the middle ages, but Ash finds himself marooned in time once again in pursuit of Eldritch. This time we are in 1695 Dearborn, during the colonial era.

Dearborn wasn't actually established until 1833, and at the time it was called Dearbornville. Fun fact; in 1695 this area would technically have been part of Canada, then known as New France, until 1763. Historical inaccuracies aside, we press on....

0:00 Opening cut-scene

4:10 Talk to the townspeople, who point you on the road back to townspeople

6:20 Meet a guy on the outskirts of town who gives you a silver ring. This will allow you to close the vortex blocking the path into Dearborn. If you have the tin ring you got from the big guy in the first level, he will exchange it for a bunch of Molotov cocktails! If not, you just get the ring.

7:30 Med-kit

11:45 Talk to a townie and they once again set up the whole “you look just like the blacksmith” gag. Gee I wonder if he is an ancestor? We are time traveling after all...

14:30 Talk to the preacher for objectives

16:50 Meet the Blacksmith. He gives you an objective to find more parts to make you some weapons and gives you a hand cannon.

22:00 The warrior deadite you kill on the side of this old mansion drops a piece of spell scroll. It becomes important later.

23:35 Find a health upgrade and a med-kit

I do a lot of running around here you might want to skip, but eventually I find the next objectives

42:00 Saw through the fence of this barn on the outskirts of town to find a magic upgrade and a billy can (what the heck is a billy can?)

45:05 the Blacksmith is in the process of fighting off a deadite warrior, who drops another piece of spell scroll for us to collect. He points us to the preacher to get another piece of scroll he found earlier. He also gives you some bolt cutters, a flamethrower, and converts your boomstick into an auto shotgun that holds 8 shells.

49:05 Collect another spell scroll from the preacher

52:50 Use the bolt cutters to cut the lock in the back lot of the church. In the rear left corner of the graveyard there is a big grave monument that you can enter by using the possess deadite spell. Find a med-kit and save token down the path. At the other side of the fork, there is another deadite warrior with another piece of scroll. After you defeat him , the others standing around will attack. There is some ammo hidden in the mine-shaft in this area as well. I actually didn’t do this at the time, I doubled back around 1:09:00 though).

1:04:20 back to the barn you got the billy can at. You can now use the bolt cutters to get inside the barn. Find in there a bunch of ammo and a piece of metal for the blacksmith.

1:05:30 When you get back to the blacksmith’s, he is gone and there are signs of a struggle. Left behind is a 5 sided stone. Grab it and use it to open the path on the right side of the cemetery by placing it in the open slot on the monument 1:13:05 where you will find the Rain of Fire spell.

1:17:15 Eldritch has taken your ancestor captive and wants the 5 spell scrolls for his return. You should have 4 at this point; the last will be held by a deadite warrior which is back towards the cemetery where you came from.

1:20:12 Eldritch welches on the deal, but it’s easy to save the blacksmith with the Possess Guardian spell you will get from defeating another deadite warrior who has just attacked you from behind. From there on out it’s cut-scene and jump into the time vortex to the next level...
