Рассказываю про правила нашего (435-го) сервера. Кое-что упустил, иначе и так видео было бы очень длинным, поэтому дополняю писанием (письмм) на английском. Если интересно - загоните в гугл-переводчик. Если будут вопросы - задавайте в комментариях )))

It's time for the next SVS. Since ours is the best server there can be no question of winning this. I ask everyone to help each other in this work !!

The server rules are still the same as before. There is one small change, “taking subs during purge is prohibited.”

As a reminder:

Server Rules:
- No tile or relic hitting or attacking alliance cities outside of svs or purge.

- No sending troops to a tile that is in the process of being occupied by another player.

- No occupying relics that your alliance has not opened. Screenshots should be saved when opening relics as proof of ownership.

- No sub hitting or stealing during svs or purge.

- No attacking the keep or sub stealing of the person taking the throne during throne war.

- King is rotated peacefully through the alliances with members that have earned wings. Each alliance can decide which of their members will be king as long as the keep has earned wings with a positive score.

- No coordinate sharing of keeps or subs in wc outside of enemy server coords during svs.

- There will be a purge 4 hours prior to svs. Everyone in relics, tiles or unbubbled will be purged. Purgers must scout twice before purging to give the player a chance to withdraw their troops or bubble. Scout reports must be saved.

- During purge, no hitting any keeps with purge in their name. It is the responsibility of each alliance to ensure only members that are actively purging change their name to purge, and change it back again after purge is over.

- Immediately after svs ends until reset the following day, ie for approx 31 hours, server wide nap will be in place.

- No taking npcs that players are using to level gens on during nap. This includes when the player is sitting beside the sub and not actively attacking.

- When clearing an alt during nap that is in a different alliance, ‘clear’ should be added to the name of the alt to show that it’s being cleared and not just being attacked (ie a breach of the nap).

- If a player breaks these rules they will be KOS for 7 days, which means their tiles and relics can be hit by anyone in the server. A kings mail is required to notify the server before someone is considered KOS and the 7 day period will start from the time of the mail. If the throne has been conquered, agreement must be reached and communicated to alliances.

- The king can not establish new server rules unless agreed to by all winged alliances.

- The King may declare a server wide nap on a player that has a genuine reason for not being able to bubble their account. The request must be made to the King before the player’s current bubble expires.

- All rules or instructions from a conquering king are to be disregarded.

For rules broken involving damage to another player, violators must immediately agree to repay all damages unless the person that was hit agrees no compensation is necessary. This includes returning plundered rss and/or providing rss to heal wounded or retrain dead troops, and stolen subs returned, or the violator must be expelled from their alliance until damages are repaid in full. If the violator is not expelled, the entire alliance will be considered KOS also and the tiles and relics of all members of that alliance can be hit. Any other alliance the violator joins until they pay back damages in full will also be considered KOS.

Screen shots of hospital bills, battle reports and/or calculations are required if the rss amount to be repaid is challenged.
