Torrent Power Limited’s revenue from operations increased 17% in FY 2021-22. According to the company’s regulatory filings, its revenues from operations increased from Rs 12,173 crore in FY 2021 to Rs 14,258 crore in FY 2022. However, the company’s total comprehensive income declined from Rs 1,300 crore to Rs 461 crore during the fiscal year. According to a company statement, the total comprehensive income is lower due to DGEN impairment charge of Rs 928 crore during the year.
