MSCI Semi-Annual Changes: Surprise Addition Of AU Small Finance Bank
2Four domestic stocks are slated to be added, while one would be deleted on MSCI Global Standard Index from May 31, 2022.
Additions:- Adani Power, AU Small Finance Bank, JSPL, and Tata Elxsi
Deletion:- HDFC AMC
Among these, the surprise addition is AU Small Finance Bank as a couple of domestic brokerages did not expect the stock to be added to the index. According to Edelweiss, the expected inflows in the four additions are expected to be in the range of $78-$188 million, while the expected outflow in the case of HDFC AMC would be around $78 million.
