Character customization in World of Warcraft has come a long way since we had about five pixels per face, but where other MMOs have continued to come out with better CC or vastly upgrade their existing systems, WoW feels like it improves things in stops and starts.

And sometimes actively withholds things people want only to implement them in the most backwards and spiteful way they could, i.e void elves instead of actual high elves.
