Brief example of how much fun can this game become when facing strong AI racers.
In order to achieve the best experience you must run your car preferably stock or with nitrous/reinforced chassis at max, otherwise the current parameters break the AI behaviour for unknown reasons.
As a side note, this car being RWD makes it vulnerable to the slight elevation changes such as road bumps or camber. It can be seen as a bug which was never solved as the drift-oriented handling model they decided to use for the final product never had this issue.
Either way, this is 80-90% accurate of how a resilient grip-oriented handling model could have been released by Criterion.
