The New political system of constitutional monarchy in France worked in following ways:-
(1) The constitution of 1791 had given the power to make laws to the National Assembly, that was indirectly elected by a group of electors voted by the citizens who had chosen the assembly.
(2) All the men age abore 25, who paid taxes equal to at least 3 days of a labourers wages were given the stutus of active citizen and they can gike vote. Remaining men and all women were know passive citizens.
(3) Affer kecoming a constitutional monarchy, the powers of the ling decreased and distributed between executive, judiciary and legislature.
