EXPLAINED - Why is 30 FPS (Frames Per Second) SMOOTHER on Consoles than PCs?
With the recent announcement that Assetto Corsa Competizione will only support 30 Frames Per Second, many PC players have instantly dismissed it as being not enough to provide a good experience, while many console players insist that 30 FPS games play just fine.
There's no argument that in most cases, 30FPS is almost unplayable by today's standards on a PC, so why is it that lower frame rates seem smoother on consoles than PCs.
