Lunar Festival only has 2 battle pets, both sold by Valadar Starsong in Moonglade for 50 Coin of Ancestry each. Valadar will only sell you one, a red lantern if you are Horde and a blue lantern if you are Alliance. Both of these can be bought and sold on the AH.
Festival Lantern and Lunar Lantern battle pets are selling on the Auction House for around 25k or 45k gold.
