15 Electroculus on Day 1 nice

There is a very confusing puzzle in Watatsumi (thanks mihoyo). Luckily I somehow excel at these types of puzzles (totally didn’t struggle the first time ;)). There will be 3 different puzzles, each giving a chest (Exquisite to Exquisite to Precious). So essentially here’s how it goes
The direction of the electro symbols on the stones depicts a number. The direction should be the same as the direction you see on your minimap, where up is North. The one facing North/up is 1, the one facing East/right is 2, the one facing South/down is 3, and the one facing West/left is 4. If they have a stone slate on them, plus 4. The empty spot depicts 9
The aim is to ensure that each horizontal, diagonal and vertical adds up to 15. I’ll show you the answers down below, where I’ll go from top left to bottom right. The ones with ‘*’ have a fixed position.
