Hello Everyone,

Survival Fountain of Youth has received its first major update! Adding the long-awaited Puma Region. This is the third location we get to explore for the story and is home to iron deposits and a boss, The Great Jackal. While we leave the boss fight for another day we set sail to the underwater temple to start this part of the quest line before moving on to Iron Island. This place is infested with dangerous beasts like pumas, jackals, and even poisonous bats!
In the middle of the island, there is a large volcanic mountain with what looks like a dwarven entrance. We head into the temple and it leads us to a large cavern filled with magma. Along the sides, we discovered some iron deposits and are now able to produce iron bars and tools. We also found a camp from our fellow colonists and got a cutscene explaining they found a huge amount of iron to reinforce the hull of their ship and are now looking for sulfur to make gunpowder and use that to craft explosives.
