The first 20 minutes are all about palpation with the crinkly cling wrap & sticky finger sounds; the middle 20 minutes are focused on percussion & auscultation with sticky stethoscope, tapping from the percussion, and guided breathing; and the last part is a free-for-all with auscultation, percussion, and palpation.

Triggers include: soft speaking, whispering, crinkly cling wrap sounds, face touching, palpation, percussion, stethoscope, inspection, lymph node palpation, press/release, sticky stethoscope sounds, guided breathing, narrating actions, and fabric sounds.
