This video is so old that KSP was only at version .20 , and I make a lot of mistakes as well because I was still learning. So if you're actually watching this now, I salute you. o7


So what is air hogging? In version .20 of KSP, there was a bug that allowed you to stack 40 or more air intakes on top of each other to allow the craft to virtually get into space and nearly orbital speeds using nothing but turbo jets. It allowed the craft to safe a lot of rocket full for the rest of the burn into orbit.
NOTE: ( Many of the parts that are in the modern version of the game did not yet exists)
