Facing Ranked Anxiety

This week, while ranking up in Rocket League, I achieved one of my best ranked ever. While doing so, I faced a bit of ranked anxiety and I was afraid of queuing more ranked. I had some stress regarding losing my ranked.

This sparked me to push myself past this anxiety. A bit later in the week, one of my friend told me he almost never played ranked, because he was stressed about it. Having faced that not long ago, I had a small discussion about the concept of ranked anxiety and how to face it with him. I now wanted to share it with all of you, because everyone can face ranked anxiety. No one is above this stress. Hope this helps!
