As the Reborn Zygerrian Empire began to enter Hutt Space and battling Hutt Remnant Warlords, the Chevins of Vinsoth had not long ago freed their former Slaves, the Chevs. Not long after former Masters and their Slaves reformed their local government to allow for more freedoms and opportunities for the Chevs, but soon secret cabal of Chevins began to clash with Mon Elphant and his faction as they feared that their former slaves would soon attempt to take vengeance, and soon civil strife began to stir between the 2 factions. Emperor Jagged Fel would soon decide to take action and with some of his best Knights continuing their Training or still healing from the Hapan Civil War, he soon asked the Jedi Council to send their strongest negotiators and soon a small team arrived on the Imperial World in hopes of a peaceful negotiation.
