Despues de mucha investigacion por fin di con el clima que tanto quise en su dia (aya por el 2020 en la PS3), combinando con el mod de nieve mas el mod de habilitar el agua en la carretera (en el multiplayer) y otros mods importantes necesarios para este resultado ,creo que di con un clima definitivo para mi por lo que doy por terminado el asunto de los climas en este nfs. Los relampagos se seguiran viendo de noche no pude hacer funcionar de dia, la niebla cambiara mas densa o menos densa dependiendo de la zona del mapa (se le puede aumentar mas pero ya no ves la carretera)

Desventajas:
solo es visual para ti los demas jugadores no lo veran (investigare mas sobre ese tema pero dudo mucho que no haya exito)

algunos bug visual de iluminacion y oclusion ambiental y algunos reflejos que requiere desabilitar de un mod cuando es de noche y habilitarlo cuando es de dia esto es culpa del juego de como funciona la iluminacion de los dias y las noches (hay otra alternativas para solucionar esto).

(las carreras no estan ordenadas por la speed que se jugo ya que repeti la misma speed 4 veces para esto, por lo que eliji las que me gustaron xD)

some visual lighting and ambient occlusion bugs and some reflections that require disabling a mod when it is night and enabling it when it is day, this is the fault of the game for how day and night lighting works (there are other alternatives to solve this ).

(the races are not ordered by the speed that was played since I repeated the same speed 4 times for this, so I chose the ones I liked xD)
