Probably the first gameplay video of that game on Youtube. At least, there are no other that I know of. For history preservation, it was the most advanced flight simulator of its time only to be dethroned the next year by F/A-18 Hornet for Macintosh.
Here, I take on a SAM and a couple of Migs. One Mig was downed, and the SAM radar strafed and destroyed. As the second Mig approached, I tangled up into a 2-circle fight with him which ultimately led to a mid-air collision.
