0Sulik didn't cry out when he fell, the gunshot was far too loud and when the large hole appeared in his chest he simply closed his eyes and slipped into a deep eternal sleep. Vic cried out and blasted the slavers and Arya simply stared at the corpse of her friend, upset at the pointlessness of it all.
Her fist shattered the jaw of the nearest slaver before she spun around to the nearest bodyguard and unleashed a flurry of punches. She let the sounds of gunfire drown out the sound of her knuckles shattering against the mans broken rib-cage and skull before falling onto her back laying among the corpses of friend and foe.
Suddenly she was standing before a heavily armed tribal she didn't recognize saying something she didn't hear. She responded by firing her pistol at him and ordering Vic to do the same but she only found herself on her back again. Her warm blood lulling her back to sleep.
She then woke up again, this time without tears she rose waking up her two companions beginning to understand the visions the spirits sent her. Now she would know who to avoid in the wasteland.
