This video shows the stealth recon armor, the stepped nightvision optics and the water breather.

The stealth armor gives a 75 point stealth field when sneaking, but this field breaks if you move or draw a weapon. Greatly helps sneaking if used well. Hint: When entering a building it does not classify as moving, so stop for a second before clicking on the door and let the stealth field engage. When you emerge on the other side, you are still invisible.

The Nightvision is a stepped nightvision. Press the 'n' to cycle through the settings starting at full color low light enhancement through to green tint full dark nightvision.

And finally the water breather. Wear it, and guess what?

Fellout : Makes nighttime realistic. ie. its dark. You want to walk in the wasteland at midnight with no light .... take nightvision or expect to fall off a cliff :)
