Hitting the Chimera Depot is the easier of your two objectives since the goal is blow up two fuel tanks instead of wiping out high-class soldiers.
You'll have to wipe out a camp of Chinese before reaching the depot though.

The Ice Camp can be considered two sections divided by a tent with a terminal.
In the second section, there should be a intel case in a lone western tent.

When you reach the Chimera Depot courtyard (the area with the first fuel tank), look in the building to the immediate left of the entrance gate to find intel case #6.

Follow your quest markers to the fuel tanks. Remember to back-up before they explode. When you try reaching the farther in fuel tank, you'll have to defeat a Chimera tank. It's not that tough if you have a missle launcher or frag grenades.
