The listening is tricky since the path to it is lined with a missle launcher and dragoon snipers.

When you reach the mining town, look to your right for an elevated house. In the house, you should find intel case #7.

Push through until you reach the post. Inside the listening post, make sure to kill Chinese Technicians quick. If they spot you and reach a radio, you'll have to deal with more Dragoons when you go outside again.

Intel case #8 is under some stairs in a room where you face Dragoons who are above you.

Kill all the soldiers, and head outside. You'll have to kill any enemies that remain on the post grounds. If you've done everything right, you'll only have to kill a final tough stealth Dragoon sniper.
