50In fallout 3 press "~" to get the console window.
Type "setgs fmoverunmult 50" and hit enter. Crouching or re holster your weapon will activate the new changes in speed. The default value is 4 and can still be active after reloading a saved game. Restarting fallout 3 will revert to default speed. Placing a speed value of 1000 or more will cause game crashes.
God mode "tgm" is recommend at higher speeds, when you hit a bump you fly strait into the air and get killed from fall damage =)
