Type "setspecialpoints 70" and hit enter. Gives you enough points to max out all the special skills. Setting a value higher will not let you save or bypass the menu unless the total is 70.
Type "player.setav skillname 100" and hit enter. Gives you 100 points for the name of the skill specified. Next type "player.setlevel 45". This sets the max level of 45 for your character. This prevents you from crashing the game when you gain a new level or the game freezing at the next skill assignment screen.
