388In fallout 3 press "~" to get the console window.
Type "coc testqaitems" to teleport to the developer room to get access to all weapons and items in fallout 3 but DLC weapons and items are not included in the containers.
Type "setgs fAVDCarryWeightsBase 8000" to increase the carry weight. This new carry weight setting does not save after a game reload.
Type "coc megatoncommonhouse" to teleport out of the developer test room back to megaton.
